Zeal zone

Last week we made an healthy rap here are the ingredients.
1.one flat bread
2.humus
3.ham
4.lettuce  
5.sauce
6.cheese
7.tomato 

Step one get the bread and spread the humus on.
Step two put the ham on top
Step three put the lettuce on top of the ham
Step four put the sauce on top
Step five put  the cheese on top
step six put the tomatos on top .


When all of that is done then you must fold the rap.When it is done then it is time for a healthy meal.
