School picnic

On Friday there was a school picnic. Our whole school went to pt England beach for a day out. We all went shared lunch played games and also played on the park. Finley it it 12:00 o clock it was time for a swim I and my friends ran down the beach for a swim it was the best day ever. We also played touch voley ball and other games. We shared lunch with each other and and a lot of fun. Lots of kids got to play on the park as well. I enjoyed the opportune ate

My science worm experiment

On Friday October the 21st.



We had a worm experiment we were all in a group of 5 or 4. We were all given two cups each one big one and one small one in the big our teacher miss Clark put in some water. We put calcium chloride in the water that activates our worm project. When our big cup was added with the calciam cholride we got 3 Pipettes each. Then came our small cup our teacher poured some sodium alginate in the colour was red after a about 5 seconds later we got out Pipettes and sucked up some of the sodium alginate and put it in the big cup at then boom it turned in to this type of jelly stuff that was red it looked like worms.

The Strength of Roots

On Monday we were Introduced to a new reading task and were given a story called Strength In The Roots. For our walt we were learning about language feature's such as Similes, metaphors and personification and many other language feature's. “ As I'm In bed, I get ready to change the channel to watch the game, All Blacks vs Wales the first test match of 2016, As the All Blacks and Wales Prepare to sing their national anthem I get butterflies in my stomach. The All Blacks have now finished their exciting haka and Is about to start.

Now For the exciting first game of the year All Blacks vs wales starts in 3... 2... 1... Kick off !!!  As the all blacks kick off the crowed goes wild as I can hear coming from my TV, Boom the wales catch the ball and run with a lot of speed, the grist tackle hits from Julian savea and quickly the two teams get in a ruck to try save the ball.

About 20 mins later i fall asleep the end.
