Poly fest 2015

Kia Ora, talofa lava, malo e lelei, faakalofa lahi atu, kia orana, bula vinaka, namaste and greetings!!  It’s Pasifika week in Aotearoa, this means it’s a week long celebration of all things Pacific.  This includes the birthday dance we had with Mrs Tele’a!  Part of the celebration is the Polyfest!  This Thursday we are planning to travel to Manukau to take part in some workshops and then visit stages.  The two stages we will be visiting will be the Maori and Diversity stages.  Did you know that this event - the Polyfest celebrates 40 years since it’s beginning?  Awesome isn’t it!

All pacifica whanau should compete to represent their culture and to show what their culture made of and to be proud of their culture In 2015 we will celebrate 40 years of the ASB Polyfest formerly known as the Auckland Secondary Schools Maori and Pacific Islands Cultural Festival. It has tongan stage niue stage all sorts of stages.

This is how you make crispy slices here are the ingredients.



1.6.c of rice bubbles

2.4.c mini marshmallows

3. 125g butter / margarine

first you must mount the mini marshmallows in side the pot that is on the oven. Once the mini marshmallows mount  then you put in 6.c of rice bubbles for is to stick then you mix it together.When mixed press into dish with greased paper when done cut it in half and then enjoy a meal.
