School picnic

On Friday there was a school picnic. Our whole school went to pt England beach for a day out. We all went shared lunch played games and also played on the park. Finley it it 12:00 o clock it was time for a swim I and my friends ran down the beach for a swim it was the best day ever. We also played touch voley ball and other games. We shared lunch with each other and and a lot of fun. Lots of kids got to play on the park as well. I enjoyed the opportune ate

My science worm experiment

On Friday October the 21st.



We had a worm experiment we were all in a group of 5 or 4. We were all given two cups each one big one and one small one in the big our teacher miss Clark put in some water. We put calcium chloride in the water that activates our worm project. When our big cup was added with the calciam cholride we got 3 Pipettes each. Then came our small cup our teacher poured some sodium alginate in the colour was red after a about 5 seconds later we got out Pipettes and sucked up some of the sodium alginate and put it in the big cup at then boom it turned in to this type of jelly stuff that was red it looked like worms.

The Strength of Roots

On Monday we were Introduced to a new reading task and were given a story called Strength In The Roots. For our walt we were learning about language feature's such as Similes, metaphors and personification and many other language feature's. “ As I'm In bed, I get ready to change the channel to watch the game, All Blacks vs Wales the first test match of 2016, As the All Blacks and Wales Prepare to sing their national anthem I get butterflies in my stomach. The All Blacks have now finished their exciting haka and Is about to start.

Now For the exciting first game of the year All Blacks vs wales starts in 3... 2... 1... Kick off !!!  As the all blacks kick off the crowed goes wild as I can hear coming from my TV, Boom the wales catch the ball and run with a lot of speed, the grist tackle hits from Julian savea and quickly the two teams get in a ruck to try save the ball.

About 20 mins later i fall asleep the end.

Year 8 camp reflection

On Wednesday the year 8s went to marsden camp. As i packed my stuff in the bus i said bye to my friends and the teachers who weren't able to come before we left pt England school we sang an hemine and prayed that we can have a safe trip. I walked to the bus with Ryan. Ryan was my bus buddy for the bus ride on the way me and Ryan was playing ukulele and eating i started to feel sick so i went for a little sleep. Without knowing we arrived to marsden camp in whangarei Ryan shock my body and woke me up i was so happy to finally be here and we unpacked our stuff out of the bus we got to have lunch and we got to see what cabins we were sleeping in, my buddy's for my bunk was Damien - Night - Henry - Taiaha - Simon - Shelford And i Shelford was the most annoying because he left his undies on the floor and threw it on us.

The first night for dinner we had lasagna and for dessert we had ice cream and peaches. After that we went to our bunks and went to sleep some kids stayed inside to watch some movies.

The wondering boy

Once there was a nice light blue day with sunny skies and grey clouds. Well i'm going to tell you a story about a boy who finished school. Once there was a boy named Kyle he had short hair and blue eyes. Kylie had just finished school but then there was a bunch of bullies walking that started to question him the young boy Kyle just ignored them and walked away.  The bullies came and pushed him on the floor and took his bag he had nothing left of his. The bullies ran as fast as they ran they left with a smile on their face, Kyle got back up and started to walk back home with a big bruise on his leg and his $2 jacket ripped apart. He was walking home with a frown, when he got home he kept everything to himself because he was too afraid to tell his parents what really happened. Kyle was just a litte year 6 boy,and there family was not wealthy.

The next morning Kyle woke up and got ready for school, the mum named Wendy came in his room and question him where's your school bag Kyle? Kyle sat there and had nothing to say he told mum that he lost it at school because he was too afraid to tell the mum what really happened. When Kyle got to school he saw the bullies,the bullies looked him straight in the eye with a smile on their face Kyle didn't know what to do so he zoomed to his teacher mrs zena as the bullies were chasing him,straight away he told mrs zena everything,of who really stole the bag who ripped his $2jacket and who really bullied him. Kyle's teacher straight away told the bullies to give his bag back and $2 to buy a new jacket. After school Kyle ran home as fast as he could and told his mum Wendy, that he found his bag everything was back to normal .  

That's why if someone bullies you don't keep it to yourself keep it to your mother all your teacher or other loved ones.

2015/2016 Reflection

Well back in 2015 when i was and year 7 we went to alot of events and actives.At the end of the year all the year 7s went to the manukau rainbows end it was fun, because you got to hang out with your friends and experience a lot of fun rides.This year 2016 i meet new people and new friends this year, i am looking forward to the 2016 camp at the end of the year,and become a better person.


When i enter college i want to study hard and go to university so i can get an good carea and get a good job.
